The Advisory Board's role is to advise Golding Capital Partners on strategic and market-related topics and to provide support with the development of innovative investment programmes. The members of the Advisory Board act as experienced sparring partners for discussions about investment strategy, product development, strategic and organisational matters.
The Infrastructure team at Golding Capital Partners is also supported by an experienced Industrial Advisory Board, which principally advises on investment recommendations as well as expanding our infrastructure network.

- Jochen AymannsAdvisor
Jochen Aymanns was a member of the Main Board of Directors of Gerling Insurance Company from 1994 to 2003 and also CEO of Gerling Life Assurance. From 1988 to 1993 he was the Director of Sales for Nordstern Versicherung and Deutsche Krankenversicherung. Prior to this he worked from 1976 until 1988 for the financial services company MLP, latterly as Managing Director and Board Director up to the time of the IPO. He has a degree from University of Münster, after which he held positions in various IT companies.

Dr. Michael Bachmann
Dr. Michael Bachmann held a variety of high level positions with the Generali corporation. For fifteen years he was Management Board Member of the Deutscher Lloyd Versicherungen insurance company. After the merger between Generali and Lloyd he became Board Member of the Generali Lloyd life insurance company and CEO of the Generali Lloyd asset management and real estate company. In this capacity he was responsible for managing the assets of all the Generali Lloyd companies with a volume of nearly 10 billion Euros.

Dr. Claus-Michael Dill
From 1999 to 2005, Dr. Claus-Michael Dill was CEO of the AXA Konzern AG, AXA Versicherung AG and AXA Lebensversicherung AG. Before that, Claus-Michael Dill held managing positions in a variety of insurance companies, such as managing board member at Gerling Holding and Vereinte Versicherungen/Magdeburger Versicherungen AG and several leading positions at Swiss Re. Dr. Claus-Michael Dill is chairman of the supervisory boards of TÜV Rheinland Holding AG and Kölnische Rückversicherung AG as well as member of the supervisory boards of MLP AG and Damp Holding AG. After having finished his studies in economics in Mainz, Dr. Dill received a PhD in Munich in 1981.

Rolf-Peter Hoenen was Spokesman of the Board of the German insurance company HUK-Coburg until 2009. At present he is the president of the Association of German Insurers.
After having worked for the German Federal Insurance Supervisory Authority and the Federal Ministry of Finance, Mr. Hoenen was Board Member of Gothaer Versicherung in Göttingen from 1981 to 1988.
Mr. Hoenen completed his law studies at the University of Bonn and the University of Georgia in Athens (USA).

Dr. Sieghardt Rometsch
Dr. Sieghardt Rometsch has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt KGaA, Düsseldorf, since 2004. Before that, he was a general partner in the bank for 21 years, acting as spokesman for the last six years. Dr. Rometsch gained his professional experience at the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and Frankfurt, the Giro Bank in Stuttgart and as a member of the cabinet of the President of the European Comission in Brussels. Dr. Rometsch studied political economy at the Universities of Innsbruck, Kiel and Munich, graduating as Dr. rer. pol.

Dr. Reinhard Kalenda
Dr. Kalenda is a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of Marguerite Infrastructure Fund, Luxembourg. Since 2011 he has also been a member of the Infrastructure Advisory Committee at Golding Capital Partners.
Dr. Kalenda was previously CEO of HOCHTIEF AirPort GmbH. During his 20 years at HOCHTIEF he held various management positions in various areas of Germany's leading construction group. In 1997 he established the airport subsidiary HOCHTIEF AirPort, which he led as CEO for 12 years. He was responsible for the acquisition, asset management and operational management of several European airports. In 2007 he was also CEO and Chairman of Budapest Airport. Before this Dr Kalenda was Managing Director Infrastructure at HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung GmbH.
Dr. Kalenda has over 30 years experience in M&A, international asset management, project development and civil engineering for airports, roads and tunnels, power plants and hydraulic structures, including all aspects of planning, construction and operations.
Dr. Kalenda studied construction engineering in Aachen and Munich and completed his doctorate (Dr.-Ing.) at Munich University of Technology.

Stephan Uhlig has nearly 30 years of experience in international project finance. He is the founder of the infrastructure advisory company Colinette Partners.
Mr Uhlig was previously Head of Advisory Services at DEPFA Bank. Before that he was Managing Director there and Head of Infrastructure Project Finance in Frankfurt and London.
