Ms Schinke worked for the international executive search agency Sthree GmbH for five years, specialising in executive search and recruitment. She was responsible for all candidate management and the recruitment of specialists and executives. Ms Schinke completed her Master of Science in Psychology, specialising in Work and Organisational Psychology, at Radboud University Nijmegen (NL) and holds the European Certificate in Psychology (EuroPsy).
