Managing Director and Co-Head Infrastructure, joined Golding Capital Partners in 2016. He is responsible for the identification and execution of infrastructure fund- and co-investments as well as the portfolio management thereafter.

Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, Mr Schumacher worked eight years for Infracapital in London and five years for KPMG in London and Munich. At Infracapital, Mr Schumacher executed numerous M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector and represented the Company as Director of the board of several portfolio companies. During his time with KPMG, he worked on a variety of international financial due diligences for Private Equity Funds and Industrial Companies.

Mr Schumacher studied at the University of Cooperative Education Stuttgart and gained an MBA from INSEAD in 2007. Furthermore Mr Schumacher is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).
