This year Golding was again rated by the investor initiative UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) as part of its recently published assessment report. Golding received the top rating of 5 stars in all the asset classes private equity, private credit (fixed income) and infrastructure. In the category Investment & Stewardship Policy Golding was given 4 stars.
In previous years PRI has defined its rating by reference to the grades A to E, but for the first time in 2021/2022 the investor initiative gave a number of stars, accompanied by points on a scale from 1 to 100. Golding achieved 97 points in all three asset classes, whereby the median for private equity was 63, for private credit (fixed income) 57 points and for infrastructure 71 points. In the category Investment & Stewardship Policy Golding was given 4 stars and scored 89 points (median: 60 points).
Golding has been a signatory of the PRI initiative since 2013. Our aim is to continue achieving our ESG goals and to keep refining our approach to responsible investing. PRI also helps us to integrate sustainability risks into our decisions and processes.
The UN PRI-"Public Transparency Report", which you can access here, details the indicators that form the basis for PRI's assessment of Golding. We will also be happy to provide you with the UN PRI-"Assessment Report" on request.
