Invest sustainably. Shape the future. Protect value.
Infrastructure investments combine stability with real substance. They create value that lasts for decades.

Global transformation begins with local action.
We invest globally with a focus on Europe in companies and projects that provide essential services and demonstrate high entry barriers, robust business models and clear societal relevance.
Our focus is on energy supply and decarbonization, transport and logistics, social infrastructure as well as digital infrastructure. These are sectors that are essential for economic stability and societal progress.
We combine an eye for long-term trends with the ability to actively support resilient business models and make them accessible for institutional investors.
Leveraging substance. Expanding opportunity.
Our infrastructure strategy combines substance, access and control. Three interlocking entry routes create both stability and flexibility:
- Primaries: Selectively structured portfolios of leading infrastructure funds as a solid foundation for long-term portfolio development
- Co-Investments: Direct participation in projects and platforms together with experienced partners – targeted and theme-driven
- Secondaries: Targeted access to existing positions to optimize portfolios, manage durations and capture opportunities selectively
Our long-standing direct investment experience enables us to analyze target funds and individual transactions in detail and engage with fund managers on equal footing. This ensures consistently high investment quality and opens access to leading funds, specialized providers, hidden champions as well as selective co-investment and secondary opportunities.
Where quality is no coincidence.
The quality of our infrastructure investments is built on thorough analysis, clear governance and a precise understanding of the respective development and value creation phases. We assess regulatory frameworks and long-term demand drivers to identify viable and resilient business models.
Through fund commitments, co-investments and selected secondary market transactions we diversify across regions, sectors and different strategic segments. This creates robust portfolios that leverage structural trends and generate long-term value.
Close to the market. Access to relevant opportunities.
Golding has been anchored in the global infrastructure landscape for more than five fund generations and has built a strong network. This gives us early access to relevant opportunities in markets characterized by high entry barriers, specialized structures and local expertise. This proximity is the result of long-standing partnerships and continuous exchange – not of coincidence.
Infrastructure connects people, ideas and goods around the world. The asset class has proven to be an anchor of stability and resilience in our clients’ portfolios.

- At the level of infrastructure funds, the use of significant debt financing (leverage) is often permitted and common. Although the use of leverage can improve performance, it also increases the potential for loss.
- The market values of infrastructure funds may be subject to significant fluctuations due to macroeconomic factors and other changing market conditions.
- Investments in the infrastructure sector may incur additional costs, particularly in connection with government concessions and approvals as well as construction errors and structural defects.
- Infrastructure funds are usually unregulated investment vehicles that offer only limited investor protection.
- The investor bears the risk of the tax and regulatory structure of the infrastructure funds and the investments made.
- If risks should materialise, investors in infrastructure funds may suffer losses in value up to the amount of the total loss of the invested capital.
