Driven by Impact. United as One.
At Golding, my ideas, my competence, and I as a person count. And my team and our clients appreciate that too.

Values and diversity
The people at Golding are united by more than just the same employer: our values. We foster a community where everyone feels a sense of belonging and value diversity of perspective. It enables a broader view of the world and how we can make a positive contribution as a company.
From Oktoberfest to retreats: Our get-togethers go beyond work.
Throughout the year, we create small and large opportunities for joint activities and personal encounters. In addition to Oktoberfest and Christmas parties, our retreat, where the entire Golding team regularly comes together, is particularly the highlight.
Our initiatives. Making a difference together.
On the way to becoming more sustainable, our initiatives focus on environmental protection, social commitment and becoming the employer of choice for all.
Impact Task Force
In our Impact Task Force, you can contribute to get more sustainable as an organisation and as an individual. The task force has a free rein to identify, analyze, and develop implementation concepts.
Women@Golding
This initiative supports our female professionals and leaders within the company. It aims to create equal opportunities and help women develop their potential and strengthen their voice in the industry.
Social Engagement
Golding supports initiatives that work locally, regionally or globally for a better world. LichtBlick Seniorenhilfe, Pure Water for Generations and Lebenslinien in South Africa are just a few examples that are close to our hearts.
We aim for long-term collaboration. We invest in professional training and personal development opportunities.
