We aim for long-term collaboration and value transparency and openness regarding opportunities and possibilities. Our application process gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas.

  2. You will receive updates on the status of your application.
  3. We make a pre-selection for an initial meeting.
  4. You get to know the department.
  5. Structured interviews with other stakeholders follow.
  6. If the interviews are positive for both parties, we will make you a concrete offer.

The SZ Institute, in collaboration with kununu, has determined the »Top Salary Satisfaction Ranking 2024« Out of a total of 6,550 companies surveyed, Golding Capital Partners was one of 800 employers recognized for meeting multiple criteria for this ranking.

Zeit-Kununu-Most-Wanted-Employer

The ZEIT publishing group has developed the employer seal "Most Wanted Employer" in collaboration with the employer rating platform kununu. The 1,200 most popular employers in Germany were identified for 2024.
