Impact Task Force: Sustainability in our day-to-day business.
Our aim is to become more sustainable as a company and as individuals. Our internal Impact Task Force is made up of members from different teams and locations, all working together to develop ideas to meet our environmental and social responsibility.

Agreed targets
- 50 percent proportion of women at management level by 2030
- 3-5 percent of company profits to be invested in social projects

Pure Water for Generations e.V.
Pupils experience a day at, in and on the water and are sensitized to ground and surface water. The Water Days grew out of a project close to Pascal Rösler's heart to promote greater responsibility for nature and water. The number of participating schools is growing every year.
We have always supported charitable initiatives that are working locally, regionally or globally to create a better world.
