Florian Bartelt ist seit Januar 2024 im Talent Attraction & Employer Branding tätig. 

Davor war er zwei Jahre lang im People Controlling und Talent Attraction bei der PlanetHome Group mit Schwerpunkt Bewerberauswahl und Personalmanagement beschäftigt. 

Florian Bartelt hat Wirtschaftspsychologie in Konstanz und Cinematography in München studiert.
