Fabio Biasion has been part of the Golding Private Credit team since 2022. His responsibilities include the identification, analysis, and selection of fund investments, as well as the structuring and execution of direct lending transactions. In addition, he is involved in ongoing portfolio management.
Fabio brings more than eight years of relevant professional experience. Prior to joining Golding, he supported the direct lending team at Ares Management in Frankfurt, focusing on the analysis, structuring and execution of direct lending investments across the DACH, Benelux and CEE regions. Earlier in his career, he gained extensive M&A experience at, among others, Jefferies and PwC.
Fabio holds a B.S.B.A. in International Business, a Master of Finance from EBS Business School, and an MBA from the University of Denver, Colorado.
