Golding Private Credit supports Foeth’s growth plans
Golding is pleased to announce the 21st investment of its Private Debt Co-Investment 2021 strategy in Foeth, Europe’s largest platform for premium used process machinery.
The transaction represents an important milestone in the ongoing development of Golding’s Private Credit platform. Through its Private Debt Co-Investment Fund, Golding provided a senior direct lending solution and acted as Co-Lender alongside Kartesia. Golding independently executed the full investment process, including direct engagement with management and comprehensive on-site due diligence.
Foeth operates in the European lower mid-market and serves a highly diversified base of SME customers across pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, specialty chemicals and recycling. The company’s unique inventory-driven business model, combined with an unparalleled portfolio of machines in stock, enables Foeth to offer high-quality equipment at attractive prices with virtually no lead times.
Golding will support Foeth’s continued development together with Intersaction, Kartesia and the management team.
