New Management Board in Luxembourg
Golding’s Luxembourg entity has been firmly established locally for many years and has been operating as a fully licensed, CSSF-regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) since 2014. The changes to the Management Board build on this successful development and further reinforce the local leadership structure.
As of 1 October 2025, Lukas Eckhardt has assumed the role of Head of Golding Luxembourg. Together with Christian Schnabel, who is expanding his area of responsibility, and Christian Harz, he forms the Management Board. The team is continuing the transformation of the AIFM with a clear focus on client orientation, efficiency and entrepreneurial spirit.

New business line »GP Solutions«
With the introduction of “GP Solutions”, Golding is expanding its established AIFM platform by adding specialised services for fund managers. In addition to its longstanding offering for institutional investors, Golding investment programmes and managed accounts, the firm now also provides third-party AIFM services and white-label fund structures for external GPs.
By opening its institutionalised platform to new partners, Golding enables them to benefit from a proven setup, smart tools and deep market expertise. The aim is to give external partners the freedom to focus on what matters most – their investment strategy – while Golding takes care of the fund administration.
With over 25 years of investment experience and more than twelve years of AIFM expertise in Luxembourg, external fund managers can now also benefit from our service and structuring capabilities, which until now were reserved exclusively for our own products. This opens up new strategic opportunities for our Luxembourg entity and meaningfully broadens our client base.
