Golding Capital Partners (Luxembourg) S.A. has implemented a Best Execution Policy to ensure compliance with applicable Luxembourg and European regulatory requirements. The purpose of this policy is to ensure the best possible execution of transactions in the interests of the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) it manages.
A Best Execution Policy in the traditional sense as applied to regulated trading markets is generally not relevant for the type of AIFs under management. However, the company has decided to apply such a policy in cases, where it is appropriate and applicable.
Its application depends on the respective asset classes and investment types, as well as on the selection of counterparties.
