Dorothea Sztopko is responsible for the areas of Operations, IT Structure, Strategic PMO and Organisational Excellence in her role as COO and is a member of the Executive Committee.
Dorothea can call upon more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation, organisational excellence and the implementation of change management programmes. Over the past ten years, she has worked in International Management, gaining experience in a range of board and senior management positions across the financial services sector in the process.
Dorothea speaks seven languages and successfully completed a Masters in International Business Administration at Vienna University of Economics and Business. In addition, she holds an EMBA in Digital Transformation.
