Hendrik Sommerhäuser joined Golding Capital Partners in 2006 and is responsible for compiling quarterly reports in addition to tax compliance of the participation programmes and managed accounts.
Before this, Hendrik worked for the auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers for five years, where he was responsible for auditing national and international companies. He has extensive experience in valuation matters and activities related to annual financial statements in compliance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and international accounting standards such as the IFRS and US-GAAP.
A qualified banker, Hendrik graduated with honours in Business Administration from Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. Moreover, he has been a qualified tax consultant since 2005.
