Vaish Katamreddy has been with Golding Capital Partners since 2022 and has led the buyout programs as Head of Buyout since August 2025. Previously, she was Investment Director, responsible for the selection, due diligence and monitoring of buyout funds and co-investments.
She has over 20 years of experience in private equity, both as an investor in private equity funds and as a direct investor.
Before joining Golding, Vaish spent ten years in the Alternatives team at Siemens, advising German pension funds on their buyout fund investments and managing European portfolios. Prior to that, she worked for over five years in direct private equity at Peepul Capital, a South India-based private equity fund, and in the private investments team of D. B. Zwirn, a global hedge fund. She began her career in the investment banking team at ICICI Securities in Mumbai.
Vaish holds a postgraduate diploma from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering.
