Dr Ralf Stenger joined Golding in 2021 and heads up the Legal & Tax business unit as part of the Investment team.
Ralf has more than a decade of capital market experience, which he gained at law firms and financial service providers based in Munich and Frankfurt in Germany, in addition to Miami in the USA. Prior to joining Golding, he worked as a lawyer for more than five years at the international business law firm Ashurst LLP in Frankfurt and Munich, where he primarily consulted with banks and private equity firms in the area of acquisition financing.
A fully qualified lawyer, Ralf studied law and European law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and at the University of Würzburg. During his studies, he spent semesters abroad at the University of Barcelona in Spain and at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
