Between scale and selectivity
Private credit has evolved from a niche allocation into a core component of institutional portfolios. Following several years of strong growth, the market has entered a new phase: capital is abundant, attractive transactions have become more selective, and structural quality is increasingly coming into focus.

The article focuses in particular on credit structuring, risk management and the generation of sustainable returns.
