Juliana Costa, Golding Capital

Juliana Costa joined the Investment Team at Golding Capital Partners in 2026 and is responsible for the analysis of buyout funds and co-investments across Europe and the United States.

Prior to joining Golding, she worked in the Leveraged Finance team at UniCredit Bank in Munich.

Juliana holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics in Lisbon.
