Golding Capital Partners (Luxembourg) S.A. is authorized by the CSSF as an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) and as a management company and can act as portfolio manager, investment advisor, administrative agent and registrar and transfer agent.

Long-standing presence in the Grand Duchy

The subsidiary was founded in 2007 and is the alternative investment fund manager and management company of Golding Capital Partners. Based in Luxembourg, a team of more than 30 experts manages the various fund products and individual investment programs. The core tasks include portfolio and risk management as well as fund administration and formation, valuations, AML&KYC/KYA, compliance, treasury management, outsourcing oversight, transfer agent & regulatory reporting and investment advisory.

Lukas Eckhardt (responsible for risk management and valuation), Christian Harz (responsible for portfolio management, accounting and sales), Melanie Ternité (responsible for Compliance, Complaint Management and AML/KYC) and Christian Schnabel (responsible for fund administration and IT) form the management board.
