Lukas Eckhardt has been with Golding since 2018. Since 2025, he has served as Head of Golding Capital Partners (Luxembourg) S.A., where he is responsible for the strategic development of the Luxembourg AIFM platform.
In this role, he focuses on building a robust and scalable fund administration platform – both for Golding’s own funds and for external fund managers as part of the GP Solutions business line. His objective is to combine regulatory reliability, efficient processes and a strong client focus in order to create room for entrepreneurial decision-making.
Prior to joining Golding, he spent several years at Union Investment and EY, working with management companies and investment funds. His responsibilities included transaction and risk management, valuation and finance oversight for investment funds.
Lukas studied Business Administration at Saarland University and holds a Master of Finance from the Luxembourg School of Finance in cooperation with the New York University (NYU) Stern School of Business.
