Leopold Köstner

Leopold Köstner joined Golding Capital Partners in 2024 and is responsible for the identification, due diligence and selection of private credit investments (in funds and co-investments) as well as portfolio management.

Prior to joining Golding, Leopold worked for ten years at UniCredit in various functions in the areas of credit risk, capital structure advisory and acquisition & structured finance. During this time, he advised his clients on complex structured financings in the mid and large cap segment, usually in a leading role.

Leopold completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance and controlling at the Georg Simon Ohm University of Applied Sciences Nuremberg and subsequently completed his Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on financial risk management at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.
