Golding closes secondaries fund above €510 million

Golding Capital Partners has closed its “Golding Secondaries 2022” fund with capital commitments of more than €510 million. This represents an increase of over 80 percent compared to its predecessor fund, which raised €280 million, and marks the successful expansion of Golding’s second dedicated secondaries strategy. Classified as an Article 8 special AIF, the fund underlines the further development of the series. A successor fund is planned for 2026.
