Thomas Lippert has been with Golding Capital Partners since 2009 and heads up the Legal & Compliance team. The focus of his activities is on his duties as in-house counsel and the company's compliance officer and money laundering reporting officer (MLRO).
The fully qualified lawyer has more than twenty years of capital market experience, which he gained working for financial services providers in Munich. Before joining Golding, he worked for six years in the legal departments of an investment management company of the HypoVereinsbank Group and an initiator of closed-end funds.
Thomas studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and completed his legal clerkship in Munich and in the US state of Vermont. He was admitted to the bar in 2002.
