Dr. Olga DiRuggero worked as a Management Consultant, bringing experience and best practice around the topic of People Analytics, building Engaging Working Environments and Culture Transformation.

Dr. Olga DiRuggero studied Psychology in Italy and completed her Ph.D. at the faculty of Technology Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
