Managing Director and Head of Sustainable Investing, joined Golding Capital Partners in 2021 and is responsible for ESG in the investment process.

Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, Mr Schütz spent 14 years at PIMCO in Munich and London. There he led the investment analysis of European utilities and the energy sector (oil and gas) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa as a credit research analyst. At the same time, Mr Schütz played a leading role within the group in the area of ESG and sustainability. He was instrumental in defining the strategy for the implementation of ESG criteria in the PIMCO’s credit analysis. As a member of PIMCO's global sustainability initiative since its inception, he was involved, among other things, in the analysis of climate risks.

Mr Schütz has a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and is a CFA charterholder.
