Initiatives

We say thank you and wish you a wonderful Christmas season

Another eventful year is drawing to a close. It's time to pause and thank you from the bottom of our hearts: for your trust and loyalty, the many good conversations, the partnership-based cooperation and the good relationship.
Golding Capital – Logo Make a difference.

We would like to show our gratitude not only in words, but also in deeds. With our vision ‘We create impact for generations. Local. Regional. Global.’ we are committed to responsibility and social engagement at all levels. This year, Golding is once again supporting charitable initiatives that make a positive difference locally, regionally or globally.

We sincerely hope you have a peaceful festive season and a happy new year filled with good health, happiness and good thoughts.

We look forward to serving you again in the coming year.

Your Golding team

Local

21future is a non-profit organisation that specialises in teaching young people essential social, life and digital skills to prepare them for the challenges of modern life. Through project-based learning journeys, such as the recently initiated SDG learning journey, authentic learning experiences are created that inspire learners to take responsibility for creating a fairer and more sustainable world. With our financial support, we are helping to make this future-oriented education possible for children and young people and to promote positive social change.

Regional

Swiss Mountain Aid is a non-profit organisation that has been supporting projects in Switzerland's mountain regions since 1943. Its aim is to improve the quality of life of people in the Alps and to promote economic and social development. The organisation is committed to preserving mountain areas as places to live and do business, and supports projects in the fields of agriculture, tourism, crafts and infrastructure. It is mainly financed by donations and is committed to sustainable solutions to prevent migration from mountain areas.

The Bazar International de Luxembourg is a charity event organised by volunteers. The bazaar consists of around 60 stalls, each representing a country and selling national products. As in the previous year, we were once again able to help equip the German stand. The proceeds go to humanitarian projects all over the world. The proceeds from our sales go, for example, to the GoBanyo initiative – a shower bus for people on the streets of Hamburg. Lukas Eckhard, Katharina Sheridan and Andreas Weidenhaupt from Golding were there to help out.

Global

Lebenslinien e.V. is a non-profit organisation that has been supporting disadvantaged children in the Cape region of South Africa since 2005. The association is committed to providing sustainable support in line with the South African philosophy of Ubuntu, which stands for fraternity, solidarity and togetherness. One of its flagship projects is the ‘Eagle's Nest’ kindergarten in Grabouw, which provides education and care for 90 children from impoverished communities. The association is currently planning to expand the project to include a community centre in order to further develop the services offered to the community.
