Director (AIFM Luxemburg), Management Board, has been responsible for compliance, complaint management and AML/KYC at Golding Capital Partners (Luxembourg) S.A. since September 2019.

Melanie Ternité has more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of investment fund compliance. Of these, she spent over 12 years in the legal & compliance departments of well-known investment fund companies, where she was responsible in particular for the implementation of specific Luxembourg corporate and compliance requirements, money laundering regulations and data protection. In her function, she regularly attended management meetings. Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, Melanie Ternité worked for Vontobel Asset Management. There she headed the compliance department in Luxembourg.

Melanie Ternité completed her law studies at the University of Hamburg with the 2nd State Examination in Law.
