Dr Ralf Stenger joined Golding in 2021 and is responsible for the legal & tax business unit within the investment team.

He has more than ten years of capital markets experience at law firms and financial service providers in Munich, Frankfurt and Miami. Before joining Golding, he worked for more than five years as a lawyer for the international business law firm Ashurst LLP in Frankfurt and Munich. He focussed on advising banks and private equity firms on acquisition finance.

He is a fully qualified lawyer, having studied law and European law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of Würzburg. During his studies, he spent semesters abroad at the Universitat de Barcelona in Spain and at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
