Managing Director, joined Golding Capital Partners in 2018. He is responsible for the selection, execution and monitoring of private debt fund investments and co-investments, as well as the overall portfolio management.

Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, Mr Hofer worked for the credit team of EQT Partners in London, where he was responsible for the selection and execution of financings and opportunistic private debt transactions. Prior to EQT, he worked for the Leveraged Finance Team of Jefferies in London where he was tasked with originating, structuring and arranging financings for leveraged buyouts and leveraged corporates. Mr Hofer started his career in the M&A team of Jefferies in Frankfurt in 2010.

Mr Hofer graduated from the University of Augsburg with a major in Finance and Law and holds a Master in Law with Honors (LL.M.) from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
