Managing Partner at Golding Capital Partners, joined the company in 2000. Mr Theile-Ochel is responsible for all Sales activities and is member of the Investment Committee. 

Mr Theile-Ochel worked as a consultant for A.T. Kearney's Munich office for four years, leading strategy and restructuring projects in numerous European countries and a variety of sectors. Before that, he completed an apprenticeship at the Deutsche Bank and worked for BMW in Pretoria (South Africa) and for Bain & Company in Munich in the areas of market analysis and research.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.
