Partner and Head of Structuring, joined Golding Capital Partners in 2006 and is responsible for the product structuring team. Product structuring includes the legal and tax design of the investment programs as well as their financial and economical structuring.

During his previous professional career Mr Gruber gained over ten years of experience in tax advisory and auditing. Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, he worked for Ernst & Young in the tax structuring division for institutional closed-end funds. He also holds extensive experience in the fields of legal and financial due diligence of international financial transactions.

Mr Gruber completed his studies to achieve an MBA at Danube University with distinction. Besides holding certificates in tax and international accounting, he accomplished the CEFA/CIIA exam as financial analyst.
